Shipping Policy ~ Karuna Costa Rica, Sustainable Fashion
All orders are shipped via DHL EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL and are fully tracked throughout the delivery process. Packages normally arrive to international destinations within 5-10 business days, depending on which country and how remote the location. The further the distance from Costa Rica, the longer the delivery time.
[NOTE: Due to COVID-19, international shipping times can no longer be guaranteed, and only serve as an estimate.]
• IMPORTANT: DHL requires a signature for delivery and therefore will not accept a PO BOX as a valid address.
• Please remember to fill in your telephone number with country code as DHL requires this so they can easily contact you if they have difficulty locating your address.
• Once your package has been collected for delivery, we will send you an shipping confirmation email complete with tracking number, where you can then opt-in to receive shipping updates via email or SMS.
Further Notes about International Shipping:
All International orders are posted with no insurance, so if your parcel goes missing unfortunately we are not liable for it. We will have proof that it was posted and as we use a fully traced postage company we have not ever had a parcel go missing. Please advise if you would like to insure your parcel at additional cost and we can organize this for you.
Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. EU customers will be liable for to pay VAT charges on the total value of the order based on new regulatory rules as of July 2021.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges for online orders will only be accepted where the product has not been worn, altered, washed and have all original tags attached.
If for some reason something is faulty, missing, or not to your liking, please contact us and let us know and we can work together to find a resolution.
Our highest priority is that you are happy with your clothes!
Return & exchange requests must be received within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Exchanges: In the event of items being exchanged it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return postage and full postage of the exchange item back to them.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products are not in new, unused condition. Products sent for return or exchange that are not in new condition can be sent back at the customer’s expense or may be picked up from our offices.
We are unable to accept returns and exchanges on sale items, special orders or any item sold at a reduced price.
